From this modest beginning CVE has expanded its plant to 73-million dollars, provides service to more than 3,700 members who require in excess of 12,000 meters spread over more than 3,800 miles of distribution line.

Central Valley Electric is "Member Owned" and its sole function is to provide reliable power at the lowest possible cost coupled with the best in Customer Service.

Our members are represented by a seven-member board of trustees who are elected to serve three year terms. Just as in the past, the future will hold many challenges for the board, management and employees. It is the committed goal of CVE to meet those challenges, keeping the members needs as their number one priority.
