As of May 6, 2021, residential members with past due accounts are subject to disconnection unless
a) for residential customers with past due amount owed that have executed installment plans with a public utility and are in compliance with those installment plan agreements
b) for residential customers who have applied for funds through ERAP (or submitted applications for other state, private or federal programs) while such an application is being processed.
