CVE is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees, elected by the cooperative's members. The Board of Trustees is responsible for establishing rules and policies that govern CVE. Each trustee is elected for a three-year term and may be re-elected for unlimited consecutive terms.
The Board of Trustees typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. at CVE.
